About me

I am a high school student (at least for another year) living in Little Rock, Arkansas. I told you I live in a small city. The food scene here is by no means exciting, or at least it isn't yet. It's growing though. Anyway, I was born and bred in Jakarta, Indonesia--a city where you can find luxurious high rises existing in adjacent to some of the worst slums in the world.
Have you ever looked out the window of an airplane as it hovers over Los Angeles or New York? You see lights. A whole ocean of them. Well, if you look out the window of an airplane as it hovers Indonesia, you see water, and as you move closer inland, rice fields. I kind of miss it. Growing up there, I've always eaten really good food. Due to the tropical climate and its geography, fresh fruits, veggies, and seafood are available year-round. It's a complete foodie paradise. I've been really questioning why I left Indonesia lately...
Anyway, I moved to the States when I was about 10 years old, and I've been living here for 7 years now.
I am a proud theater/music/math/science/history/movie/literature/food dork, and I love to travel. I always love to make new friends, so feel free to drop by and talk to me.
